- DINNER: Friday Night: (Buffet Style), (5:30-7:30 PM), (Vegetarians served first)
(Leftovers saved for late arrivals until 10:00 PM)
- Bouillabaisse style fish chowder with smoked Albacore, Ling Cod, and (King Trumpet & Maitake, or Shitake Mushrooms)
- Vegetarian version with Tofu or Tempeh and (King Trumpet & Maitake, or Shitake Mushrooms)
- Fresh homemade bread or rolls
- Salad of fresh local greens, with (Oyster Mushroom) dressing
- Apple Pear crisp with Candy Cap creme fraiche
- DINNER: Saturday Night: (Buffet style), (5:30 - 7:30 PM), (Vegetarians served first)
- Pork Tenderloin wrapped in Prosciutto & Smoked, with a Mushroom Sauce, (Porcini Powder, & Porcini Mushrooms)
- Vegetarian Entree: Butternut Squashes filled with Red Organic Quinoa & (Morel Mushrooms)
- Polenta with (Morel Mushrooms), Butternut Squash, & Walnuts
- Broccoli Rabe or other winter veggie with (Shitake Mushrooms)
- Organic green salad with toasted walnuts & glazed (Chanterelle Mushrooms)
- Fresh homemade bread or rolls
- Candy Cap bread pudding with Candy Cap creme fraiche
- BREAKFAST: (Buffet Style), (7:00-8:30 AM), (Staff & Vegetarians served first)
